Terms of Use & Service Agreement
TC Mobile Detailing

By accessing www.tc-mobiledetailing.com⁠� or booking services with TC Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Use and Service Agreement.
TC Mobile Detailing is a sole proprietorship operating in the State of Tennessee.

1. Services Provided
We provide professional detailing services for vehicles, boats, RVs, motorcycles, ATVs, and other motorized equipment at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All services are cosmetic in nature and do not include mechanical repair.

2. Appointments & Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle’s size, condition, and requested services
Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
Provide access to water and electricity unless a self-contained setup has been confirmed
Remove all personal belongings prior to service
Failure to provide accurate information may result in pricing adjustments upon inspection.
If the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was represented at booking, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service.

3. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Deposits may be applied toward the total service cost.
If the Company must cancel due to weather or emergency, deposits will be credited toward a rescheduled appointment.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices vary based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.
Final pricing may be adjusted after in-person inspection.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments not received by 8:00 PM on the date of service will incur a $10 late fee per day until paid in full.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Returned payments, declined transactions, or chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees and collection efforts.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after services have been rendered may result in legal action.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to be present at the time of service, will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge if weather conditions make service unsafe on the day of service.
Future weather forecasts do not qualify for cancellation without fee.

6. Liability & Damage Disclosure
TC Mobile Detailing exercises reasonable care while servicing vehicles; however, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, oxidation, paint failure, clear coat failure, etc.)
Damage resulting from rust, brittle materials, worn components, or improper prior repairs
Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing services
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Customers must disclose any known defects or sensitive areas prior to service.
Under no circumstances shall TC Mobile Detailing’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.

7. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Clause
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle contains:
Mold
Blood or bodily fluids
Drug paraphernalia
Excessive trash, hazardous waste, or infestation
Biohazard cleaning requires specialized handling and may incur additional charges. If such conditions are discovered during service, pricing will be adjusted accordingly or service may be stopped.

8. Property & Surface Disclaimer
As a mobile service provider, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing stains, cracks, or damage to driveways, garages, or property surfaces
Water runoff interacting with pre-existing oil, grease, or chemical residues
Landscaping or surface issues unrelated to our reasonable service practices
Customers are responsible for ensuring the service area is safe and appropriate for detailing.

9. Photo & Video Consent
By booking service, you grant TC Mobile Detailing permission to photograph or record the vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes.
We will not publish personally identifiable information such as license plates, addresses, or names without consent.
If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to service.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Refunds, if issued, are provided solely at our discretion.

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
